What we collect

When you place an order with Gango Custom Printing, we collect the information necessary to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and the print files you upload. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.

How we use it

We use your information solely to produce, ship, and follow up on your print order. We send transactional emails about order status (received, printing, ready to ship, shipped). We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we store it

Order details are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Your uploaded print files are stored privately and are accessible only to Gango staff working on your order. We retain order records for our own bookkeeping and so that you can reorder previous prints in the future.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records-retention requirements for tax/accounting). Reach us at hello@gangoprinting.com or 800-852-3662.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged into the admin dashboard (staff only). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Updates

If our practices change we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated by email.
